2 months ago...

It's been exactly two months since I was in the hospital and my cerclage was placed...it's hard to believe. Looking back, time has gone by pretty fast.

I remember the day I came home from the hospital, once I got situated in bed, I just cried. I was still in shock from everything that had just happened and I was so nervous to be at home- without doctors & nurses at my side if I needed them. The thing that made me most sad was realizing that I would be in bed for a looooong time- and that killed me. I remember Sam starting laundry & cleaning after we got home that day and it was SO hard to just lay here and not help him. Gosh-I hated that.

I'm so thankful that 2 months have gone by pretty quickly and I've only got a few more weeks to go. Although I'm not "done" being pregnant yet (I love feeling June Bug's kicks & hiccups too much) I'm ready to get up and move around. We are just so excited for this little guy to be here with us- we know we still have to be patient though.

On a really exciting note, my Mom & Kevin surprised us with a new.....

We are so excited to have this!! Sam & I have been talking about getting a new video camera to have with us at the hospital and now we have one!!

Mom & Kevin are staying here this weekend and Kevin ran over to Fry's this morning- we had no clue. He came back and charged the camera and then started recording Sam working on the baseboards & crown moulding in the baby's room. We didn't think anything of it, because Kevin is known for pulling out his video camera at random times. Mom then came into my room with a gift bag and asked Sam to come in for a minute to open something. They had the box for the video camera all wrapped up and Kevin was taping us with our new camera! We're so excited- and gosh, we are so darn spoiled!

The video camera is charged and will be packed ready to go with us to the hospital- whenever that may be!
